Well, if you don't have any issues, a healthy diet is enough.
You should be checked by a doctor firts. Don't take random supplements.
I take multivitamins and they work pretty nice. Also, fiber supplements, cause I don't eat beans and not a big fun of veggies.
It depends on you lifestyle a lot. Sleeping problems, poor condition of you hair and nail and so on... You can choose some basic supplements if you don't have any specific problem of course, like multivitamins as Kate said.
