In 2019, I underwent revision surgery at a plastic surgery clinic in Gangnam, Seoul, after a consultation to lower my high double eyelid line. The surgery cost 1.8 million won, and while the line was lowered, I felt that asymmetry had developed between the left and right sides. In November of the same year, I underwent surgery again to correct the asymmetry and added eyelid correction, paying an additional 500,000 won. However, the asymmetry did not improve even after the surgery; I felt as though the surgery was performed primarily on one eye, and I did not feel the full effect of the eyelid correction. In 2022, the asymmetry continued to bother me, so I contacted the clinic again. I received a message from the clinic manager asking me to take down the post I had written, stating that they would perform revision surgery for me. I deleted the post and underwent revision surgery again in November. However, the asymmetry remained even after that. At that time as well, I paid an additional 330,000 won. Recently, when I wrote about my experience again, the clinic requested that I take down the post, claiming that the wording was inaccurate and explaining that the revision surgery was free. However, my credit card payment records confirm additional payments of 500,000 won in 2019 and a total of 330,000 won in 2022. What upset me the most was not simply the money. Having borne the burden of time and expense by undergoing multiple revision surgeries and traveling back and forth to Seoul, I wanted a sufficient explanation regarding the results, empathy, and an apology. I also applied to the Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Center to obtain an objective medical judgment, but the case was dismissed because the hospital did not agree to participate in the proceedings. This review is based on my personal experience, and I advise those considering surgery to consult thoroughly and make a prudent decision.

I am writing this with complete objectivity. There was a three-fold difference between the price quoted via KakaoTalk a month ago and the price of the Botox I received upon visiting in person. Although I was unable to visit on the scheduled day, I informed them I would visit later, called ahead, and returned. I was never informed of any promotional event at the time, nor was it explicitly stated as an event price on the website or anywhere else; however, now that the event has ended, they say the prices have increased by 250% to 300%. I am leaving this review because this is the first time I have encountered a clinic where the consultation manager said "Just a moment" and was absent for 20 minutes when I asked about the price of fillers. I have recorded the entire conversation and documented it. As a result, it took an hour, and I wasted my precious time. The clinic says they will provide parking support.

The price was reasonable too. The procedure went smoothly and I felt great. I definitely want to go back for lower eyelid surgery next time
