I had surgery last December, and I visited the hospital today for a follow-up check-up. I compared hospitals meticulously from the start, and this visit made me feel, "Ah, I really made the right choice." 😊 As soon as I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly, which started the day on a positive note, and I went straight into the examination room with almost no waiting time. Director Seo Il-beom personally examined me, and I felt truly reassured as he carefully checked everything from swelling and scarring progression to the maintenance of the lines. What I liked most was that he kindly explained the things I had been slightly worried about lately, saying, "This is a natural reaction at this stage," and "The shape will settle as it stabilizes further," which helped me completely get rid of unnecessary worries! I felt this from the pre-surgery consultation, but I think I keep coming back here because I see a genuine sincerity in them wanting to make my nose beautiful, rather than a commercial feel. I am looking forward to seeing how naturally my nose settles in :) If you are considering rhinoplasty, I highly recommend paying attention to the follow-up check-up system. I highly recommend this hospital, which is just as meticulous and warm as it is now!

The overall atmosphere of the hospital was really sophisticated and pleasant. The consultation room was private, allowing me to talk comfortably, and I felt reassured because they made the atmosphere easy and comfortable. I was also impressed that the director suggested a plan that suited me best, rather than trying to fit me into an "ideal type." There was absolutely no pressure to sell anything; instead, I felt like they were thinking from my perspective, so I trusted them and went ahead with the treatment, and I am very satisfied.🍒

I received filler injections, but the lines became uneven and I felt a foreign body sensation. I later requested that they dissolve the fillers, but they didn't provide any aftercare, responding with something like, "You got them because you wanted to, so why are you complaining to us?" To make matters worse, they injected the filler into the fascial layer where it shouldn't have been, so I had to pay 600,000 won at another clinic for three sessions to dissolve it. Despite this, the manager continued to evade responsibility, asking, "Isn't it because you received fillers that don't dissolve before?" When I called to schedule an appointment later, I was turned away. It seems that while the procedure itself is important, how responsibly they respond when problems arise is equally crucial

I visited based on a recommendation from an acquaintance who had surgery there. During the consultation, they didn't pressure me to pay a deposit, and the director was so kind that I felt confident in them! I tend to be very meticulous when checking everything, so it took me a long time to choose a hospital, but I have no regrets about choosing Marvel. There were no unnecessary extra surgeries added.
