Please, help me find a good clinic!

I got a face lifting about a month ago. The result was fine, but I've got weird red marks all over my jaw line now. It's not pimples, looks like some kind of stretch marks or so...
I need a proper consultation, cause I'm worried sick!
Any advice is really appreciated D:
