Breast lift

It's a sensitive topic for me, but I I'm decided to do it anyway. Last year I lost a good amount of weight. Everything is perfect, cause I have a good skin, except my breast shape :(
I'm not sure if I need implants or just some lifting surgery, so I just want to find a good specialist.
Please, share any information you have about it.
