The consultation was done with an interpreter, so there were no issues at all, and I was really impressed that they didn’t just focus on my eye shape, but considered my overall facial impression when explaining the design.
I haven’t scheduled the surgery yet, but even just the consultation felt like a level of detail and care I haven’t really experienced in France.
There’s definitely a quality difference.
