I used to drink coffee 3-4 times per day. Now I think it's not very healthy, but I need some boost during the day.

Instead of coffee, you could try drinking green tea or matcha. These beverages contain caffeine, but in smaller amounts than coffee, so they might be a better option if you're sensitive to caffeine. 🍵

Just stay hydrated. I'm serious. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, cause dehydration can cause fatigue. You won't need coffee to stay full of energy :))
Beferages and food are great, but I advice to take a cool shower every morning. The most refreshing start of the day!
Maybe you need to maintain normal sleep patterns. Go to bed at the same time every night for example.
