Stretching?

I wake up super early and go to sleep late cause I have tons of work (and yes, I work at office). So I don't have much time for exercising.
How do you manage it? Are there any simple but efficient exercises for a better flexibility? Srsly, my back is killing me, I need to do something with it.

    Just stop and stretch periodically. Might look wierd, but who cares?

    Try yoga at home! 20 mins at the morning helps a lot. I'm sure you can find at least 20 mins per day. Make it a habit and you'll be just fine 😊

    You’re doing a lot of sitting, right? You should try chair yoga! Pretty easy and you can do it at your desk. Good luck!

    I do exercises in bed. A bit in the morning, then some before sleep. Easy and helpful :))

    Set an alarm and do stretches on breaks. It helped me a lot 🌻
